Defence service experience is entirely diffrent to civil.25 years back the defence offrs were easily absorbed in civil side and were known to be better performers in comprision with civilian s.but the corporate sectoe and all otehr service sector systems have gone into rapid ahanges. so this type of training will enable them to easily grasp the corporate systems and they will be better than any other persons.Various avtivities learnt in defence and the corporate trg in put will put them in a pleasunt position in the new desgnation. by ex sgt aa padmanabh
